ASHBURN, Va. -- In May, doctors braced Washington Redskins?wide receiver Josh Doctson that his Achilles tendinitis could be a recurring issue throughout the year. Unfortunately for him, thats whats happening.The Redskins rookie was unable to practice for a second consecutive day after being a late inactive last Sunday against the New York Giants. He had planned to play until feeling discomfort after pregame workouts.Doctson injured his left Achilles in May and was sidelined until a week before the season opener.Its definitely a frustrating injury, Doctson said. I was told when it occurred that it would be a frustrating process and frustrating year. ... We had a few doctors I flew to see, and they said the same thing -- that its definitely something that will be recurring or could happen throughout the year just through activity.You need a longer time span for it to just cool out. Obviously, I dont have that time right now. In the offseason, it should be a done deal. But as of right now, it will be recurring.Redskins coach Jay Gruden said Wednesday that Doctson might have to miss a couple of weeks.
