So even Rivers above-average-looking day gets heavily adjusted to 52.7 (near average) when factoring in the opponent. Rivers has also played against the Colts and Jags, both of whom are in the bottom third of the league in adjusted QBR defense.Biggest gain in QBRAlex Smith has faced a fairly rough set of defenses in his teams first four games, squaring off with three of the top 11 defenses (San Diego, Houston and Pittsburgh) in his first four games.
